Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide expert supervision over the maintenance of technological units to ensure reliable operational availability.
• Monitor the technical condition of equipment, propose innovations, and oversee repairs or modernizations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure all work complies with legislation and internal regulations.
• Respond rapidly to critical situations to prevent accidents, failures, or environmental risks.
• Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with RBI and legislation, addressing any identified deficiencies.
• Utilize SAP and X-matic to prepare analyses and reports, and participate in the creation of CAPEX and OPEX projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure strict adherence to HSE, OHS, and fire protection regulations.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or university degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (5 years for candidates with a technical diploma).
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• English language skills at a B2 level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using X-matic software.
