Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and equipment to ensure quality facility function
• Perform repairs on minor to critical campus equipment
• Administer preventative maintenance programs
• Diagnose mechanical problems and suggest effective solutions
• Install new equipment and service Automated Storage Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external vendors/contractors
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with emergent repairs and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of mechanical experience
• Proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC fields
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
