Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day management of plant maintenance activities including planning, organizing, and execution
- Coordinate and provide technical support to maintenance resources within the section
- Coach and mentor maintenance personnel in manufacturing excellence and root cause analysis
- Participate in cost reduction and capital upgrade projects
- Respond to mechanical availability and reliability issues
