Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across all RMX batch plants to ensure operational continuity.
• Enforce health and safety legislation and policies to maintain the highest degree of safe working practices.
• Manage SAP work orders related to spare parts and maintenance services.
• Drive spare parts cost control through data analysis, trend monitoring, and optimization initiatives.
• Monitor diesel consumption across batch plants and implement efficiency and cost-saving actions.
• Validate, process, and post service invoices on SAP with accurate MD code assignment.
• Govern spare parts master data, including code modifications and transfers across sites.
• Monitor and finalize “No-Go” items for all batch plants in line with maintenance standards.

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of progressive managerial experience with an emphasis on maintenance.
• Proven experience with truck mixers, concrete pumps, wheel loaders, and generators.
• Proficiency with Mercedes Xentry diagnostic software.
• Strong experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
