Mechanical Maintenance Employee

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machines, equipment, and production systems to ensure technical availability
• Set up and commission machines and systems while monitoring production processes
• Process and check machine components for dimensional accuracy and assemble parts
• Mount assemblies to technical systems and adjust machine functions
• Evaluate technical documentation and create assembly drawings
• Execute continuous maintenance plans and document all activities using required forms
• Identify, procure, or manufacture spare parts as needed
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments and customers

Requirements

• Minimum of a 3-year specialized vocational training
• Professional experience in the maintenance of processing and special machines
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift or 4-shift system
• Fluent German language skills (business level)
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
• High level of flexibility and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift, crane, or aerial work platform license
• Proficiency in English
