Mechanical Maintenance Employee

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and service machines, devices, and production facilities
• Set up, commission, and monitor machines and systems to ensure smooth production
• Process and assemble machine components and assemblies, checking for dimensional accuracy
• Evaluate technical documentation and prepare assembly drawings
• Determine, procure, or manufacture necessary spare parts
• Maintain and continuously process maintenance plans
• Document all activities using specified forms and test documents
• Coordinate work with upstream/downstream departments and customers

Requirements

• At least 3 years of specialized vocational training
• Professional experience in the maintenance of processing and special-purpose machines
• Business fluent German
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift or 4-shift system
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift, crane, or aerial work platform license
• English language skills
