Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical maintenance personnel and distribute activities to ensure correct use of spare parts.
• Guarantee the execution of assigned tasks in the mechanical workshop, reviewing failure reports and work orders for preventive maintenance.
• Supervise the fulfillment of preventive and corrective maintenance for mobile units within the area.
• Inspect work performed by external workshops and units sent for repair.
• Manage that all mobile equipment has the necessary tools and safety conditions for operation.
• Generate work orders and prepare corresponding reports using SAP.
• Supervise the quality of work performed both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Maintenance, Mechanical, or Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency in Technical English.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and industry-specific units.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using SAP.
