About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish industrialization schedules for projects in coordination with internal teams
- Design, develop, and implement tools, production means, and control methods for new products
- Analyze needs, estimate investments, and defend budget files to management
- Collaborate with the Technical Center to ensure product feasibility and manage modifications
- Pilot continuous improvement actions for machining processes regarding cost, quality, and performance
- Define technical specifications for industrial equipment and manage supplier relationships
- Provide technical assistance to production sites during startup, optimization, and ramp-up phases
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in machining methods engineering
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and CAM (Hypermill) software
- Strong knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc CNC controls
- Experience with quality tools including AMDEC (FMEA) and capability studies
- Ability to conduct techno-economic studies and detailed cost analysis
