Mechanical Machinery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor activities for mechanical machinery construction to ensure works align with erection schedules and project documents.
• Review and approve subcontractor Method Statements and ensure correct application in the field.
• Monitor and implement all HSE procedures and standards for assigned areas and activities.
• Verify that subcontractor equipment and manpower are adequate and conform to design documents and safety regulations.
• Perform inspections and sign necessary certificates according to Site Inspection Plans.
• Maintain non-conformity registers for subcontractors and coordinate the resolution of issues.
• Detect design errors and coordinate with Site Engineers for necessary rectifications.
• Monitor work progress status sheets and manage vendor specialists.
• Assist the Contract Manager in defining new prices, preparing subcontract amendments, and analyzing claims.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant mechanical discipline or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in the mechanical machinery discipline.
• Proven experience working on the Contractor side of large-scale projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent IT and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
