About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, dismantle, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic components on industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, gears, and CNC spindles
  • Layout, assemble, fabricate, and repair piping systems using various hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints for conveyor systems, material handling, and robotics
  • Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, vertical lifts, and cranes
  • Set up and operate CNC machine tools like lathes and milling machines to shape parts to exact specifications
  • Fabricate tools and assemblies using blueprints, sketches, or models
  • Verify product quality and dimensions using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers
  • Follow all established safety procedures according to OSHA and company standards

Requirements

  • U.S. Department of Labor Completion of Apprenticeship Certificate in a Mechanical trade (millwright, pipefitter, toolmaker, machine repair) or six years of documented experience
  • Ability to pass comprehensive assessments, hair drug testing, and a background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (day, afternoon, or night) and overtime, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with planned maintenance systems and predictive technologies
  • Experience with industrial robotics, automation, and conveyance systems
