About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy integrity, static, and corrosion management workflows to Product Solutions and Upstream business lines globally
- Provide corrosion expertise for the development of fit-for-purpose equipment strategies and integrity operating windows
- Optimize inspection plans and recommendations through the use of data analytics
- Manage overall integrity effectiveness, including criticality assessments, consequence/complexity ratings, and setting optimum task intervals
- Deploy and execute static expertise assessments for in-service fixed equipment and piping
- Leverage digital techniques and cutting-edge tools to drive asset improvements
- Provide regional oversight and stewardship of integrity work product metrics for quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with global centers, managed service providers, and business affiliates to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, or upstream oil & gas facilities
- Experience in inspection and corrosion disciplines, fixed equipment mechanical integrity, or asset integrity project management
- Ability to extract technical insights from large engineering data sets using analytical tools
- Working knowledge of mechanical design, selection, fabrication, and quality assurance for pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping systems, valves, and pressure relief devices
- Working knowledge of ASME Sec Div. 1/2, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec II, ASME B31.3/B31.1/B31.4/B31.8, and ASME PCC-2
