About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform thickness inspection and corrosion data analysis
  • Develop and optimize inspection plans for pressure vessels, tanks, piping, and relief devices
  • Conduct basic integrity assessments including FFS, rerates, and temporary repairs
  • Evaluate degradation mechanisms and the remaining life of fixed equipment
  • Monitor integrity parameters and support troubleshooting efforts
  • Participate in bad actor analysis and reliability improvement initiatives
  • Assist in risk-based inspection (RBI) data collection and damage mechanism evaluation
  • Apply digital tools and analytics to enhance work processes
  • Stay current with industry standards and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Petroleum Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or LNG industries
  • Familiarity with industry codes including API 510, API 570, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec VIII Div 1, API 571, and API 580
  • Working knowledge of tools such as PV Elite, Caesar II, Asset Performance Management (APM) Tools, and SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
