Mechanical Inspection Engineer

Responsibilities

• Inspect critical plant equipment including rotary kilns, coolers, preheater systems, ball mills, and crushers
• Monitor plant equipment conditions, analyze trends, and identify maintenance needs while considering production constraints
• Initiate work orders based on inspection results and perform initial analysis of anomalies to define action priorities
• Participate in the Reliability Steering Committee to promote cross-functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents
• Manage implementation of vibration measurements, laser alignment, thermograph imaging, and oil analysis
• Ensure all maintenance practices comply with Quality Insurance Standards and company HSE policies
• Analyze inspection KPIs to suggest improvements for equipment reliability and safety

Requirements

• BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in the cement or construction materials industry
• At least one year of experience specifically in Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in SAP (required)
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Technical knowledge of preventive, predictive, and systematic maintenance (CMMS, databases)
• Strong analytical, planning, and technical reporting skills
