About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to daily schedules and timelines
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure correct implementation according to studies, construction specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare pre-measurements and measurements for mechanical works and their budgets
- Control, guide, and supervise necessary modifications to mechanical works involving piping networks, ducts, automation, and BMS
- Prepare pre-measurements for required materials
- Check subcontractor accounts and certifications
- Supervise and guide foremen and project crews
- Regularly update the Project Manager on progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HVAC (piping networks, ducts, automation, BMS) from construction to commissioning and start-up
- Ability to understand and apply technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
