About the Company

Responsibilities
- Inspect, manufacture, repair and overhaul aircraft components to exacting standards
- Rotate across different workshop areas to gain hands-on experience
- Operate advanced machinery including lathes, milling machines, grinders and CNC equipment
- Work with materials such as aluminium alloys, stainless steel and titanium
- Apply safe work practices in an aviation workshop environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Good manual dexterity and confidence using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Availability to commence from early 2027
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
