About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and upkeep of a critical data center facility
- Monitor system performance and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, including chillers and cooling towers
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues to ensure continuous operation
- Handle general facility needs including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans to execute repairs and maintenance
- Work independently to identify issues and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight
Requirements

- Ability to relocate to the Rochester, MN area
