Mechanical Engineering Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Implement and structure procedures for managing customer returns, both physically and within digital systems.
• Perform initial visual inspections and expertise on returned parts to support the quality team.
• Contribute to the technical analysis of automotive spare parts to identify failure modes.
• Participate in root cause analysis for product non-conformities or customer assembly errors.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Methods, Quality Improvement, and Product Development to track improvement actions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BUT (Bachelors Universitaire de Technologie) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical principles and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency in written English and a strong motivation to develop technical skills.
• A keen interest in automotive mechanics.
