About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and structure procedures for managing customer returns, both physically and within digital systems.
- Perform initial visual inspections and expertise on returned parts to support the quality team.
- Contribute to the technical analysis of automotive spare parts to identify failure modes.
- Participate in root cause analysis for product non-conformities or customer assembly errors.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Methods, Quality Improvement, and Product Development to track improvement actions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BUT (Bachelors Universitaire de Technologie) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Foundational knowledge of mechanical principles and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
- Proficiency in written English and a strong motivation to develop technical skills.
- A keen interest in automotive mechanics.
