Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design, testing, validation, and application issue resolution for AI data center DC Power System products.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality design drawings, 3D models, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system solution design, design reviews, and BOM documentation.
• Support customer requirement clarification and technical responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
• Conduct technical communication with global teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in mechanical design roadmap planning and research innovative manufacturing methods and technologies.
• Track industry trends to continuously optimize product performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in mechanical or structural design.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools such as Creo, Pro E, or SolidWorks.
• Strong English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for global technical communication.
• Solid knowledge of sheet metal design standards, manufacturing processes, and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for power product design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with high-voltage DC or data center power products.
• Experience with thermal and structural simulation software.
