Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to test or analyze the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment
• Design or redesign mechanical devices and create blueprints for manufacturing
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports
• Identify and recommend modifications to ensure products conform to engineering design and performance specifications
• Plan and monitor the selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and component maintenance
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and develop solutions for product malfunctions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Active Security Clearance
• U.S. citizenship

• Background in automotive or combat vehicle engineering
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Creative approach to mechanical design and troubleshooting
