Mechanical Engineer - Structural Calculation (Stress)

Responsibilities

• Perform sizing and justification calculations on aeronautical parts and sub-assemblies in composite and metallic materials
• Conduct static, dynamic, damage tolerance, fatigue, and flaw tolerance analyses
• Participate in the design and implementation of calculation models for kinematic system simulation
• Model and simulate structures under various loadings and environments
• Use digital tools to perform advanced analyses and optimize design
• Write technical documentation and justification reports
• Participate in design reviews and propose technical solutions to improve structural robustness and reliability

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanics, aeronautics, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in aeronautical structural calculation
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and finite element analysis (FEA)
• Mastery of composite materials and their specific behaviors
• Experience with aeronautical structures such as fuselage frames and door frames
• Proficiency in ADAMS, Motion Solid, Patran/Nastran, and Abaqus
• Technical English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Rigor, analytical mindset, and autonomy
