Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine operation at required capacity and troubleshoot technical issues
• Execute activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance plan
• Analyze causes of defects and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences
• Manage spare parts stock and supply in coordination with the Mechanical Supervisor
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely completion
• Prepare KPI monitoring reports for the maintenance department
• Develop technical solutions to minimize intervention costs and improve maintenance plans
• Create or modify work procedures based on technician feedback

Requirements

• Technical university degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Ability to understand hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Fluency in both Romanian and English
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
