About the Company

Reflex Robotics is building affordable wheeled humanoid robots to automate dangerous and repetitive tasks in manufacturing and logistics. Backed by Khosla Ventures, our team includes former leaders from Boston Dynamics and Tesla, focused on creating high-performance, low-cost robotics powered by a proprietary data engine.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust mechanical assemblies for production hardware
• Make multidisciplinary trade-offs involving actuators, power electronics, and structures
• Write clear documentation to manage technicians and assembly processes
• Work across the entire system to ensure high-performance, low-inertia robot operation

Requirements

• Experience working with multi-DOF systems (e.g., robot arms, 3D printers, or rocket actuators)
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production hardware
• Proficiency with Solidworks for CAD
• Ability to manage technical documentation for manufacturing
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
