Responsibilities

• Support mechanical design of battery modules and packs, including cell integration and structural components
• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and documentation for design reviews and prototype builds
• Assist with thermal simulation, testing, validation, and manufacturing support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of professional mechanical engineering experience
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (Onshape, SolidWorks, or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in heat transfer, thermodynamics, or thermal systems
• Exposure to FEA or CFD tools like SimScale or ANSYS
• Experience with battery-powered devices or energy storage systems
