Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design engineering solutions for mechanical and electro-mechanical hardware based on established engineering principles.
• Provide Tier 4 Engineering support by investigating hardware-related field and factory issues to determine root causes.
• Use continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance, reliability, and quality while reducing costs.
• Serve as the technical interface for strategic suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary project teams to develop reliable and cost-effective solutions for complex products.
• Communicate design status, project progress, and issue resolution to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple technical disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with industrial controls solutions.
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing business needs.
• Detail-oriented approach with a proven ability to use data and analytical methods to solve issues.
