About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a three-year entry-level rotational program consisting of at least three technical assignments
- Engage in diverse engineering roles including design engineering, systems management, finite element analysis, and product testing
- Work closely with manufacturing and product management to integrate designs that meet customer needs
- Develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering coursework and formal presentations to senior leadership
- Complete a Master’s Degree in Engineering as part of the program requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain and complete a Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of two or more co-op or internship experiences prior to graduation
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning
- Commitment to a long-term technical engineering career path
