Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-year entry-level rotational program consisting of at least three technical assignments
• Engage in diverse engineering roles including design engineering, systems management, finite element analysis, and product testing
• Work closely with manufacturing and product management to integrate designs that meet customer needs
• Develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering coursework and formal presentations to senior leadership
• Complete a Master’s Degree in Engineering as part of the program requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain and complete a Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of two or more co-op or internship experiences prior to graduation
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• A strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning
• Commitment to a long-term technical engineering career path
