About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical recommendations and studies to improve the reliability, safety, and maintainability of mechanical attraction equipment, including tracks and vehicles.
  • Define palliative conditions and monitor action plans for mechanical equipment to ensure the safety of people and property.
  • Anticipate risks and implement immediate measures to reduce the impact of equipment downtime.
  • Make technical decisions regarding cycling parts while respecting safety standards and production deadlines.
  • Provide immediate situation reports during unexpected equipment stoppages.
  • Ensure the traceability of all technical actions and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all responsible mechanical systems.
  • Share technical expertise and best practices with other Disney parks globally.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a high-flow/just-in-time industry (e.g., automotive) with a strong operational dimension.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Fluent French (C1 level) is mandatory.
  • Availability for technical on-call duties during weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience in project management.
  • Fluent English (C1 level).
