Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create innovative conceptual designs, technical solutions, and assembly drawings.
• Perform hands-on design and detailing of machine parts and assemblies.
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
• Support purchasing in evaluating offers and suppliers.
• Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation and recommend solutions.
• Specify system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to improve products and engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of related engineering experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/PDM and/or Autodesk Inventor/Vault).
• Ability to travel up to 15% by air or car.
• Demonstrated experience in project completion and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• OEM experience in machine component design.
