Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems for data center projects
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and review construction drawings
• Manage technical aspects and site management for water and HVAC disciplines
• Oversee bidding and tendering processes for related projects
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consulting firms
• Supervise technical quality and ensure compliance with country codes and industry standards
• Develop implementable design standards, technical specifications, and workflows
• Provide full-cycle support during project implementation and manage on-site construction activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, plumbing, or equipment
• At least 5 years of professional experience at a large, Class-A design institute
• Experience with data centers, computing centers, or industrial park projects
• Proficiency in CAD and Office software
• Strong technical review, management, and coordination skills
• Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English
• Ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• International work experience
• Intermediate professional titles or above
• Relevant professional registration certificates
