Mechanical Electrician A

Responsibilities

• Execute and document all preventive and corrective maintenance orders for general services equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Operate and maintain general services equipment within its validated state.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Identify part numbers for the procurement of necessary spare parts.

Requirements

• Technical degree in maintenance of general services equipment for the pharmaceutical industry.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in operation and maintenance of production equipment such as blowers, fillers, and automated machines.
• Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and control diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of motors, transmissions, servomotors, and variable frequency drives.
• Proficiency with sensors, encoders, and basic instrumentation.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.
• Experience with equipment brands such as Lanfranchi, Serac, Krones, Bosch, Uhlmann, Glatt, or Collete.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized coursework in pneumatics, electricity, boiler operation, or air conditioning.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflict in a fast-paced environment.
