Mechanical Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with product and production development in technically challenging projects
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative, sustainable solutions
• Independently plan, initiate, and drive your tasks forward
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to ensure progress and delivery in projects
• Contribute a holistic perspective by understanding technical, business, and organizational aspects of assignments
• Participate in the development of future energy solutions alongside industry leaders

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience in product development, production development, or similar technical roles
• Experience in problem-solving and technical development work
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the energy sector
• Technical hobbies or projects conducted alongside studies and work
