About the role
Responsibilities
- Mechanical design of complex products and systems
- Analysis and breakdown of technical requirements into design solutions
- Design considering manufacturing, assembly, tolerances, and lifespan
- Participation in technical reviews and change management
- Collaboration with other technical disciplines throughout the development chain
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, product development, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanical designer in complex development projects
- Experience with CAD and PDM/PLM systems
- Proficiency in requirement-driven development, technical documentation, and change management
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated, safety-critical, or long-term industrial environments
