Mechanical Designer

Responsibilities

• Work with mechanical design and product development across various assignments and industries
• Develop design solutions and models in CAD based on customer requirements and needs
• Participate in product development projects from concept and design to verification and implementation
• Perform technical analyses, problem-solving, and design reviews
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project progress
• Contribute new perspectives, ideas, and improvement suggestions to create value for the customer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent technical education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or similar technical work
• Experience with one or more CAD and PDM systems (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX/Teamcenter, Windchill, or Inventor)
• Proficiency in communicating in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong interest in technology and ability to work in a consulting role
