Mechanical Designer

Responsibilities

• Draft sketches, piping and instrument diagrams, and 3D models for power plant systems including steam cycle, water treatment, and fuel handling systems.
• Check design deliverables against industry codes, standards, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with other designers and team members to support project progress and results.
• Adhere to project schedules and work assignments to ensure successful completion.
• Train and advise interns and new graduates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Drafting and Design or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in MicroStation, Autodesk, and SmartPlant.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
