Mechanical Designer - Digital Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Utilize BIM software to develop, manage, and maintain detailed digital models.
• Support the preparation, review, and execution of implementation and management plans at the project level.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective model integration and alignment with architectural and engineering requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and assist in the development of training and coaching materials.
• Complete model assurance reports and interface with various departments regarding work assignments.
• Assist the team in responding to client queries and providing technical input on digital models, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience, specifically with industrial and chemical process plants.
• Ability to obtain a DOE or DOW security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• BIM related certification.
• Proficiency in advanced core building information modeling software packages and workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and their application to modeling assignments.
• Proficiency in Common Data Environment (CDE) usage and management for model production.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
