Mechanical Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and units using CAD software
• Perform technical analyses and simulations including FEA, stress analysis, and thermal modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing to ensure smooth product development
• Solve complex technical problems through systematic troubleshooting
• Create detailed technical documentation, drawings, and reports
• Participate in design reviews to improve product quality and manufacturability
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and material selection for performance and cost-efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering

Requirements

• Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (Catia, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
• Basic experience with technical analysis and simulation tools (FEA, CFD, or similar)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, material science, and material selection
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
