About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and characterize technical anomalies in production systems
- Conduct root cause analysis using methods like 5M and Ishikawa
- Manage Change Requests (CR) by analyzing technical and industrial impacts
- Propose corrective solutions involving design, processes, or tooling
- Update 3D/2D documentation using CATIA and PLM systems
- Control and approve deliverables including EBOM and technical files
- Prepare and present Modification Authorization Processes (MAP) to internal and client committees
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanics, industrialization, or industrial maintenance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design or production support
- Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
- Experience with PLM, DMA, and change management
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods (5M, 8D, AMDEC)
- Familiarity with industrial or railway standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN 45545)
- Fluency in French and technical English
