We focus on delivering practical, field-tested technology through rigorous testing alongside Tier-1 units and in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design of complex defense systems and components
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations (FEA, CFD), and analyses to validate designs
• Select appropriate materials, manufacturing processes, and components
• Oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototypes
• Develop and execute test plans to validate mechanical designs against performance requirements
• Analyze test data and implement design modifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical and software engineers
• Document design decisions, specifications, and test results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in defense or aerospace
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA)
• Strong understanding of statics, dynamics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and material science
• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with FEA and CFD software
• Knowledge of machining, additive manufacturing, and injection molding
• Familiarity with defense industry standards and regulations
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software
