Mechanical Design Engineer/Product Architect

Responsibilities

• Manage digital vehicle models and prepare CAD reassemblies
• Lead design work both internally and through outsourced partners
• Analyze 3D designs, technical drawings, and documentation
• Develop technical specifications for external studies and suppliers
• Support prototype workshops during modeling and testing phases
• Participate in client meetings and technical presentations
• Monitor and resolve requests for definition evolutions

Requirements

• Experience in structured industrial sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, or railway
• Strong knowledge of rolling vehicle architecture (automotive, heavy goods, or military vehicles)
• Mastery of 3D design, specifically CATIA V5 (volumetric and surface modeling, drafting)
• Proficiency with PDM/PLM technical data management tools
• Previous professional experience within the aeronautics industry
• Strong command of the English language for international environments
• High level of rigor, organization, and customer service orientation
