Responsibilities

• Elaborate network plans and ensure their implementation within the global model
• Participate in pre-sales phases by analyzing client needs and developing technical responses
• Act as a technical expert on specialized missions
• Train and support the ALTEN team
• Ensure the transmission of methods and best practices
• Contribute to skill capitalization and knowledge development within the professional community

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a design office applied to naval structures
• Deep knowledge of naval structures and network coordination within ships
• Proficiency in CAD and PLM tools
• Knowledge of specifications, expected performance, and current standards
• Knowledge of PID, electricity, and HVAC

• Strong sense of structuring professional sectors and knowledge sharing
• Aptitude for training, coaching, and mentoring
• Client-oriented and active monitoring of new technologies
