Mechanical Completion Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Mechanical Completion (MC) activities and manage the MC team for the NFPS EPC2 project.
• Interface with various functions to define and manage related documentation and ensure plant handover from Construction to Commissioning or Client.
• Prepare and implement MC documentation, including Inspection Test Reports (ITR), manuals, procedures, and execution strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor MC activities and prepare technical bid evaluations (TBEs).
• Manage the completions management system database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee preservation activities for consumables and materials throughout the MC phase.
• Manage and categorize the punch list, coordinating with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams for item closure.
• Conduct MC walkdowns and review MC dossiers, certificates, and ready for sail away documentation.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven experience in Mechanical Completion coordination and supervision.
• Strong expertise in subcontractor supervision and management.
• Proficiency in documentation management and technical reporting.
• Ability to contribute to HSE plans for Mechanical Completion activities.
• Experience with punch list management and resolution processes.
