Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components
• Install and torque bolts, hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the build process
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of mechanical assembly, equipment installation, machinery build, or maintenance experience
• Experience working with heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, or industrial machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes
• Experience with heavy equipment assembly or repair
