Mechanical Assembler II

Responsibilities

• Follow technical specifications and detailed assembly instructions to produce high-quality aerospace products
• Read and accurately follow procedures, routing, and work instructions
• Plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules and customer deadlines
• Participate in LEAN initiatives, including cost reduction and process improvement
• Champion safety protocols, including hazardous waste disposal and 5S cleaning standards
• Mentor and assist in the development of less experienced assemblers
• Collaborate with functional groups to resolve business and production issues

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant mechanical assembly experience
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous brazing experience
• Previous manufacturing work experience
