Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Translate technical drawings, exploded views, and mechanical diagrams into fully assembled equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and torque wrenches to assemble housings, mounts, regulators, and feed systems
• Ensure components meet tight tolerances and maintain clean finishes and rugged reliability
• Troubleshoot misalignments, mechanical faults, or design quirks during the assembly process
• Perform mechanical functionality checks, airflow tests, and component diagnostics

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Proven mechanical assembly experience, preferably with heavy-duty equipment or industrial tools
• Solid understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and assembly instructions
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical intuition
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
