Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electrostatic discharger components according to blueprints and detailed work instructions
• Use hand tools, jigs, and fixtures to handle and assemble components
• Operate ovens and work with adhesives, epoxies, and chemicals following safety guidelines
• Support a team-oriented environment through cross-training and assisting in other production areas
• Comply with all company safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions
• Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for small component assembly
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing
