Mechanical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Review and follow blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and work instructions to complete enclosure building assemblies
• Assemble and install electrical components including panel boards, HVAC units, battery systems, and electrical devices
• Bend conduit and use various power and hand tools such as drills, impacts, screwdrivers, and grinders
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Identify, record, and report any product defects
• Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary supplies, tools, and parts at the workstation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety management protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams
• Experience operating powered equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, scissor lift, or overhead crane)
• Basic math skills for technical measurements and specifications
• Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, and kneeling
