About the role
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, clean and re-assemble rotating equipment to include bearings
- Operation of Overhead Crane and Forklifts
- Conduct regular repairs and maintenance as needed
- Evaluate condition and determine improvements on specific rebuilds
- Help maintain the service center through 5S initiatives and good housekeeping practices
- Perform all day-to-day production tasks
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Adherence to all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines
- Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with coal pulverizer equipment and welding is a plus
- Good organization skills and dependability
- Ability to work overtime as needed is a plus
