Mechanical and Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot various industrial projects including technical and organizational support
• Manage building and layout projects, including planning, cost/deadline tracking, and stakeholder coordination
• Deploy business standards regarding quality, safety, and lean manufacturing
• Conduct technological monitoring and benchmarking for innovative solutions
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops such as Kaizen and 5S
• Act as an interface between production, maintenance, logistics, and R&D departments
• Support change management to ensure adoption of new processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or General Engineering
• Experience in project management (Agile, V-cycle) within industrial or construction environments
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, advanced Excel, or business software like AutoCAD or SAP
• Technical English proficiency
• Strong collaborative spirit and pragmatic, results-oriented approach

• Experience in consulting or multi-client environments
