Mechanic III

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Execute assembly and installation of both small and large-scale mechanical equipment
• Utilize SAP Maintenance Management System to create, track hours, and close maintenance orders
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and use various measurement instruments
• Conduct equipment inspections, lubrication, and alignment tasks
• Perform electrical welding, oxy-fuel cutting, and cold vulcanization on conveyor belts
• Operate mobile equipment such as aerial platforms, cranes, and maintenance hoists
• Support root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Comply with all safety, environmental, occupational health, and compliance procedures
• Maintain workplace organization following 5S methodology

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino Médio Completo)
• Completed professional course in mechanics
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance activities
• Availability to work in shifts
