About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate suspension programs, including Liquid Spring and Monroe Suspension programs
- Manage chassis modification duties in close collaboration with the Mounting Supervisor
- Receive and inspect dealer-supplied chassis
- Handle key and vehicle assignment duties and coordinate chassis control functions
- Assist with the company welding certification program and conduct tests as requested
- Maintain cooperative working relationships across various functional areas
Requirements
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Proficiency with pneumatic and power tools (e.g., drill, screw gun, sander, jig saw)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform critical analysis and evaluate complex situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
