About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on production equipment
- Reassemble machines, pumps, and motors after maintenance work
- Perform root cause analysis to maintain production standards
- Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments
- Dismantle machines using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists
- Follow EPC Safety/Environmental, GMP, and Lean 5S policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Two years of technical training or work-related experience in packaging/production
- Exposure to high-speed equipment
- Experience installing/disconnecting air, gas, water, steam, drain, and vacuum lines
- Experience working with electric conduits of various voltages
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
- Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance
- Basic math and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Hands-on PLC and controls experience
- Liquid filling or compounding experience
